Güneş Apartment Retrofit

Güneş Apartment is an example completed under Ceoner Yapı’s seismic strengthening service — not one of our own developments, but work carried out for a third-party building management.

Following a performance analysis by an accredited firm, added shear walls and column jacketing were applied to the existing structural system. The work was carried out in planned blocks while residents remained in the building.
