About Us
CEONER YAPI has been building housing and commercial developments in Anatolia since it was founded four years ago. We are a young company and we don’t hide it — but on every site the owner is present in person, and decisions get made on site, not in an office.
Every building we construct rises in full compliance with the seismic code introduced after 2018, passing independent structural review. We treat that as the baseline of the job, not a marketing line.
Urban regeneration and seismic strengthening are two areas we care about in particular: making the existing building stock safe is as critical a responsibility as building new.
